Special Moringa Seed Oil

Moringa oil is a plant oil extracted from the seeds of the Moringa tree (Moringa oleifera), which is known by its trade name "Ben oil" or "Behen oil" and has been discovered for over a century.

Compared with other vegetable oils, moringa oil has the unique property of being an excellent antioxidant. It does not need any synergist or preservative added during its storage, and even then, it can be stored at room temperature for about 1 year without deterioration, rancidity, or harshness, which is of particular interest in today's cosmetic industry because one of the key issues in modern cosmetic manufacturing is how to solve the problem of preserving and antioxidant, and it is hoped that the antioxidant added will not have any toxic side effects, so to speak, and perhaps moringa oil can do that.

In recent years, there have been many studies from different perspectives that have addressed the chemical composition and properties of moringa oil. In these studies, it is described that moringa oil is a mild, light yellow, non-drying oil with a typical nutty flavor. The fatty acid composition of Moringa seed kernels contains about 40 percent oil by mass, and there have been many recent studies on its fatty acid composition, although there are differences in the analytical techniques and the sources of the samples that make the assay data for each fatty acid different, but in general, the content of oleic acid in Moringa oil can be between 62 percent - 78 percent , and if all unsaturated fatty acids are added up, the total unsaturated fatty acid content is If all the unsaturated fatty acids are added up, the total unsaturated fatty acid content is much higher than 80 percent , which shows that the unsaturated fatty acid content of moringa oil is very high. Secondly, the content of docosanoic acid, or sanguinaric acid, which gives influence to the naming of moringa oil, is also relatively high, at around 4 percent - 8 percent . Since the fatty acid composition of moringa oil is very similar to that of olive oil, especially the content of oleic acid is similar to it, therefore, moringa oil can be compared with olive oil and tea oil in terms of edible oil, and is known as the three sisters of high-grade healthy edible oil. Many times more expensive.

In fact, if the Moringa oil is used for frying, it is obviously a bit of a fuss, its best position should be in the medicinal or cosmetic aspects, so that it will match its expensive price, and not to aggravate it in sterilization, lowering lipids, lowering blood pressure, regulating gastrointestinal function, liver protection, anti-UV, emolliency, hair nutrition, moisturizing and many other aspects of its characteristics.
